SQPRA is here to support and provide advice to all local residents in the 501 properties on St Quintin Park Estate, and the surrounding Dalgarno Ward.

As local residents ourselves, we understand many of the social and practical problems that you face. We can help.

Responding to the needs of our community

Repairs

We work closely with Clarion to raise issues relevant to residents - helping to get repairs done, deal with vermin issues, or raise awareness of other concerns on the estate - supporting you by listening to your problems.

Listening

As local residents, we understand some of the stresses you face and can offer a space to share a common problem; we listen to your problems without probing; we can offer assistance and advice when asked.

Social Problems

If you let us know of any ongoing social issues or concerns, we will represent your views, offer support and help you deal with the problems you are facing.

Signposting

We can help point you in the right direction for help, guidance, local services and more.

Isolation

Looking for a place to connect with others and get to know your neighbours? Our monthly Tea Parties can help. We're dedicated to helping those in need, so if you're feeling alone, come join us for some tea and good company.

Supporting

This is our local community too - we have a wealth of knowledge and our ears to the ground, so we can represent your views, help enhance services and support your complaints to bring about positive change.
